All areas of engineering education research and practice are invited for submission of papers. The conference theme is Innovation & Design in Engineering Education. This conference offers a unique venue for academics and practitioners to discuss recent trends in engineering education and education research. The conference includes workshops, plenary sessions, and technical sessions. Authors are invited to submit an abstract of approximately 300-words using EasyChair by the Abstract Submission date. Successful authors will be invited to submit a full paper.

Papers may be submitted on evidence-based, research-based, and practice-based topics including areas such as

• engineering education research, 
• design and integrated learning, 
• engineering accreditation including outcomes assessment, 
• online learning and other innovative teaching methods, 
• curriculum enhancement, 
• professional development, 
• industry/academic partnership, 
• capstone and multidisciplinary design, 
• engineering and society, 
• engineering outreach.

Proposals for active workshops and facilitated discussions on June 19, 2016 are also solicited. Workshop proposals will be made using an online form and will include:

• title & length
• target audience
• min and max attendees.
• physical A/V requirements
• short description of workshop (facilitating discussion vs. leading activities)
• goals or outcomes of workshops
• description of activities for participants
