Dates: 10-12 November 2015
Location: Oxford, UK
Website: http://rispace.org/
Deadline for submissions: starting 4 May 2015; EXTENDED TO 17 July 2015.
The conference is focused on low cost access to, and utilisation of space. Last year's event, hosted by the Royal Society in London, covered aspects from launchers to cubesats, from regulation to crowdfunding. This year, delegates from industry, agency, government, finance, academia and end users will have a second-to-none opportunity at RIspace to meet with and learn from fellow innovators.
The host country for this year's conference, the United Kingdom, has a strategy to grow its share to over 10% of the world space market by 2030 – a market forecast to be worth at least £400 bn by that year.
Oxford, with its University, is not only an outstanding centre of research but is also close to many main players of the British space industry in Harwell and Swindon.
Attending RIspace is the premier worldwide opportunity to meet the people vital for the future direction of space.
