The 2016 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC 2016) will be held at Hotel Intercontinental Budapest. SMC 2016 is the flagship conference of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. It provides an international forum for researchers and practitioners to report up-to-the-minute innovation and development, summarize state-of-the-art, and exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of systems science and engineering, human machine systems, and cybernetics.
SMC 2016 is dedicated to the Hungarian born John von Neumann “a Pioneer of Modern Computer Science”. In honor of him, the theme of the conference is
“A theory that transformed the world to a Cyberspace”
Contributions covering theoretical developments and practical applications, including but not limited to the following technical areas, are invited:
• Systems Science & Engineering
• Human-Machine Systems
• Cybernetics

SMC Junior 2016
For the first time, parallel with SMC 2016 will be organized a new establishment, SMC Junior 2016. This new initiative of IEEE SMC Society serves as satellite conference of the society’s flagship dedicated to IEEE Students, Graduated Students and Young Professionals.
