How can the fashion industry embrace sustainable design thinking to create innovative and strategic solutions; which address social and environmental exploitation through products and markets that support empowerment?
This annual conference organized by the International Society For Sustainable Fashion and taking place during London Fashion Week september 2018, will be an opportunity for designers, industry practitioners, higher education professionals and researchers to speak about their work and present research within the key themes of sustainable design, ethical production, retail and consumption, and education.
Participants are invited to submit abstracts for a 15 minute presentation on all aspects of sustainable fashion. The presentations will also be published in the ISSF official journal. www.sustainable-fashion-society.org/journal
For speaker presentations please submit abstracts of around 250 words and 60 words biography including email and affiliations. Applications should be sent to Debbie Moorhouse: d.moorhouse@sustainable-fashion-society.org.
